Seasons contains mostly 1/12th shares that give owners an affordable way to spend 4 weeks a year, (1 week each season) with a bonus week every 5th year. There are occasionally whole units that come up for sale. These units can be traded with other timeshare weeks through Interval International, however due to the zoning they cannot be independently rented nightly.
