CHEAKAMUS CROSSING & FUNCTION JUNCTION

Cheakamus is one of Whistler's newest neighbourhoods. Originally purpose built as an Athletes Village for the 2010 Vancouver | Whistler Olympic Games; it has grown into a popular area for families. Cheakamus has a variety of amenities including a cafe, hostel, daycares, communities gardens, playgrounds and world class sporting facilities to name a few, along with access to to the Cheakamus Interpretive Forest, which is home to a myriad of hiking and biking trails. 

Across the highway from Cheakamus is Function Junction - Whistler's original industrial area. Function Junction is home to funky restaurants, cafes, bakeries and other small businesses.
