Quarter ownership allows owners to enjoy one week per month (13 weeks a year) set on a rotation calendar. Every four years owners receive two weeks over the festive season (Christmas and New Year’s). All rentals are fully managed providing owners a hands off vacation rental property, where guest rentals help offset the costs of ownership.
