Who's Buying - July 2023

In July there were 40 sales in Whistler. With an uptick in international buyers after not seeing any international purchases in June. 
82% of Buyers were from BC;
3% of Buyers were from outside of BC, but from within Canada;
11% of Buyers were from the US;
5% of Buyers were from oversees.

In June we saw 43 sales in Whistler. With a no international purchasers and all but one sale was from a buyer that lives in BC.

In May we saw a slight uptick with 64 sales in Whistler. But a lower number of international buyers than we saw in the first few months of 2023.
