In July there were 40 sales in Whistler. With an uptick in international buyers after not seeing any international purchases in June. 
82% of Buyers were from BC;
3% of Buyers were from outside of BC, but from within Canada;
11% of Buyers were from the US;

In June we saw 43 sales in Whistler. With a no international purchasers and all but one sale was from a buyer that lives in BC.

In April we saw 58 sales in Whistler. With a higher number of international buyers than we have seen in the first few months of 2023.

In March we saw the pattern hold true that the majority of buyers in Whistler came from a fairly local market. 
79% of all buyers in March were from BC, the majority from with in the Sea to Sky Corridor.
10% of buyers were from the USA
6% of buyers came from Canada (outside of BC)
2% of buyers came from Mexico
2% of buyers came from Oversees

In February the market started to pick up speed again, with with buyers, especially those from Canada feeling more confident in the market with the apparent hold on interest rate hikes from the Bank of Canada.
